Because our products are made to order, please allow approximately 2–7 business days for processing and preparation before shipping.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Most orders arrive approximately 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Thank you for supporting Ruckus & Roots—we appreciate you! 🤎

Depending on the product and your location, your order may be produced and shipped from a facility in the United States or another location within our fulfillment network.

We work with trusted fulfillment partners to have your products printed, packaged, and fulfilled according to our quality standards.

Using multiple fulfillment locations also allows orders to be produced closer to customers when possible, helping reduce shipping distances and delivery times.

Because fulfillment locations vary by product and destination, the location shown on your shipping label may differ from order to order.

For a limited time, we're celebrating our Grand Opening with FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required!

The discount is applied automatically at checkout, so no code is needed.

After our Grand Opening promotion ends, available shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
