When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is the return policy?

Our 30-day Guaranteed covers:

Damaged Items received in the mail
Manufacturing or printing defects
Incorrect items received
Items that are materially different from what was ordered

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes, because our products are made to order specifically for each customer, all purchases are considered final sale unless the item damaged, defective, or incorrect.

if their is a problem with your order, don't worry-we offer a 30-Day Guarantee. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right with a replacement or refund when applicable.

When will I get my order?

Because every Purr Standard product is made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and printed before it ships.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipper carrier.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays. holidays, weather, of other circumstances outside our control.

Where are your products manufactured?

Depending on the product and your location, your order may be produced and shipped from a facility in the United States or another location within our fulfillment network. This allows us to produce your items closer to you when possible and helps reduce unnecessary shipping distances.
